Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before any return is accepted. No returns will be processed without a valid RMA number.

Return Conditions

We keep our process simple and fair. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
  • Products must not be scratched, dented, installed, or altered in any way
  • All original packaging and protective materials must be intact
  • An RMA number is required before sending any return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Collect shipments (freight collect, COD) will be refused
  • Orders may only be canceled before shipment or production begins

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Products with removed protective film or packaging
  • Special order, custom, or discontinued items
  • Certain large or freight items (evaluated case-by-case)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • No refunds will be issued by check
  • Returns after 180 days will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit expires after 36 months from date of issue

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns. However, restocking fees may apply in the following cases:

  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Refused shipments
  • Unauthorized returns (no RMA number)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Do NOT submit a standard return request — contact us immediately
  • Report all damage within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of both the packaging and product for faster resolution

We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims

If your product develops a defect after use, this falls under manufacturer warranty — not our return policy. Please contact our customer service team for warranty instructions. See our Warranty FAQs page for full details.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment
  • Orders already in processing or manufacturing may not be cancelable
  • Some cancellations may incur manufacturer fees that will be deducted from your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
