1. Order Processing and Shipping
Chrome District Inc processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Most orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse. In the event that an item is fulfilled from an alternate location, please allow an additional lead time of 3–5 business days.
We offer a wide range of custom-made and made-to-order accessories to provide our customers with unique and exclusive styles. These items may require additional production time. For certain custom pieces, lead times may extend to 3–8 weeks, depending on the product.
If you require an order by a specific date or wish to confirm lead times for any item, we strongly recommend contacting our Sales Department prior to placing your order.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom items are made specifically to order and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated lead time and the finality of the purchase.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including custom-made products, final sale items, and earrings, are non-returnable. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy page.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received and verified.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for items that are incorrectly priced, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of Chrome District Inc and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chrome District Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
