Our Warranty Promise

Chrome District, the official online store of Adam’s Chrome Shop, stands behind every product we sell. We work directly with top-tier manufacturers to ensure you receive quality parts backed by solid warranties.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold through Chrome District carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type:

  • Chrome bumpers: Chrome District bumpers carry a one-time chrome plating warranty: if the plating is defective, we replace the bumper once. No structural or workmanship coverage. It's void on wraparound bumpers over 16 inches, and for corrosion from accident or abuse, impact wrenches or torque over 35 ft-lb, drilling or alteration, freight damage, or missing required brackets or braces on Texas Square, Box End, Wraparound and Aerodyne bumpers. Replacement only; removal, installation and return freight aren't covered. Stainless bumpers for 2008–2023 Peterbilt 388/389 and some classic Chevy, GMC and Ford bumpers have different terms; call (972) 354-1081.
  • Chrome grilles and trim: Warranty varies by manufacturer — typically 1 year against manufacturing defects
  • LED lighting products: Warranty varies by manufacturer and product; see the product listing or call (972) 354-1081.
  • Stainless steel accessories: Warranty varies by manufacturer — typically 1 year
  • Exhaust components (Dynaflex, etc.): Manufacturer warranty applies

What’s Covered

The coverage below applies to all products except chrome bumpers. Chrome bumper coverage is limited to the chrome plating warranty described above.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature finish deterioration under normal use
  • Electrical failure in LED products (within warranty period)
  • Structural failure under normal operating conditions

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, road debris, or weather exposure
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@chromedistrict.net or call (972) 354-1081
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect
  3. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we’ll arrange a resolution per the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms. For chrome bumpers, any remedy is limited to the chrome plating warranty described above.
